People who start working with me so often feel ‘stuck’ with their eating. They’ve spent so much time thinking and worrying about food and body image. They’re confused, frustrated, overwhelmed and exhausted.
They’re also beginning to realise how much of a ‘life thief’ diet culture has been and they’re sick and tired of it. There’s more to life than this! They want to make peace with food.
Together we work towards prioritising health & wellbeing. We use Intuitive Eating principals and Non Diet approach to find food and body freedom.
When you leave diet culture behind, you free up so much mental capacity to focus on the important things in life; making precious memories, socialising with friends and family, truly being present in the moment, and living your life to its fullest.

Hi there, I’m Anna, a weight inclusive, non diet dietitian. I love supporting people to un-learn those engrained dieting ways and re-learn how to tune in to their bodies own needs. To appreciate their body and themselves just as they are in all their awesome uniqueness. There’s so much more to life than worrying about calories and body image!
